Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain bedding and intimate apparel items must remain factory-sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After confirming your return details, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
